Hello Jana

I’m truly grateful for all the work you’ve done with me. Your guidance has been critical for my emotional growth. I spent many years thinking I was “working on” my anger, only to realize through our sessions that I was just suppressing it. Finding closure with my past has been the cornerstone of my progress, and that breakthrough only happened because of your insight during our time together.

Every day I feel better about myself , I’ve become less critical of others and more accepting of them as they are. Each day that passes, I feel my mind becoming clearer, and that clarity brings such a satisfying sense of relief. As a man, I was raised to “toughen up,” to be thick-skinned and “suck it up.” I was taught that showing vulnerability was weakness, and that mental health struggles were a sign of that weakness. It couldn’t have been more wrong! Breaking through that mindset has been life-changing, and after a year of therapy, I finally feel like I’m becoming the person I’m meant to be.

Regards

PB
